PETITION TO AVOID UNNECESSARY DEVELOPMENTAL POISONING

Docket # FDA-P-0405

It has been nearly a year since I Petitioned the FDA requesting developmental WARNING labels for products containing soy endocrine disruptors and multiple toxic anti-nutrients as public information, as well as the WITHDRAWAL of soy phyto-poisonous infant formulas.

During the past 11 months since the FDA received this Petition request it must be addressed that inevitably countless fetus, infants, and children remain unnecessarily soy-poisoned as overwhelming scientific evidence repeatedly concludes the soy estrogenic endocrine disruptor causation of a multitude of severe and painful irreversible developmental health disorders and diseases with the potential of premature death.

The FDA determination that soy is 1). a poisonous plant, 2). an established toxic endocrine disruptor, and 3). is loaded with multiple toxic anti-nutrients, are each and all repeatedly scientifically proven to cause developmental: asthma, allergies, gastrointestinal distress, thymus and thyroid damage, kidney, liver and pancreatic disease, insulin disorders, diabetes, immune deficiency disease, SIDS, leukemia, a number of cancers, as well as cancer metastasis, of once healthy children, while remaining without notification to a trusting public.

Soy poisonous plant endocrine disruptors are also scientifically proven to cause extensive developmental reproductive damage involving the breasts, ovaries, uterus, cervix, penis, testes, infertility, gender chaos, and homosexuality of once healthy children, while without notification to a trusting public.

FDA determination of soy endocrine disruptor poisons are also repeatedly scientifically proven to tragically cause multiple irreversible developmental neurological disorders: seizures, epilepsy, mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy, ADD, ADHD....of once healthy children, while again without notification to a trusting public.

The more recent 2010 NTP Brief on soy concludes "Clear evidence of adverse effects of genistein in studies where 'treatment' occurred during lactation. Clear evidence of adverse effects of genistein in studies with gestational, lactational and post-weaning 'treatments.' Daidzein has estrogenic activity of its own........Aluminum is found in soy infant formula at concentrations of 600-1300 ng/mL levels that exceed aluminum concentrations in human milk, 4-64ng/mL"

The CDC confirms: "Brain and bone disease caused by high levels of aluminum in the body has been seen in children Aluminum from the mother can enter her unborn baby through the placenta."

As you know soy is also reported to contain high levels of cadmium, thallium lead, nitrites, saponins, cyanide, hemagglutinins etc, etc. that can not be eliminated by processing or heating.

Day to day, most precious time for our most precious children passes while without the FDA allowing massive evidence of developmental soy endocrine disruptor poisoning as public information. It is this delay of urgently important FDA labeling that surely contributes to the unrelenting soy causation of horrific disorders and diseases known to cause extensive developmental pain and suffering.

As morally correct, I fail to believe that you deliberately continue to delay the disclosure of absolute scientific evidence that repeatedly proves overwhelming developmental soy endocrine disruptor poisoning of fetus, infants, and children, while at the same time it is very difficult to understand why, why you are not willing to ensure the best health and well-being of fetus, infants, and children.

I remain most hopeful for your urgently important Petition decision to enforce developmental soy WARNING labels, and soy formula WITHDRAWAL that will certainly save countless children from the causation of painful disorders and diseases to suffer from for a lifetime and with potential to cause premature death.

Certainly there is someone in our Government health offices who is truly passionate about protecting public health. I will appreciate and look forward to your reply.
